How It Works

Accommodation at Kampus Palace is a simple and straightforward process. Our goal is to make your journey to new housing as comfortable as possible.

  1. Choose a Room and Service Package
    Browse our available room options and select the service package that suits you.

  2. Fill Out the Reservation Form
    If there is no available room type that suits you, please fill out the form anyway. You will be added to the waiting list for the desired room type, and if something becomes available, we will contact you with an offer.

  3. Wait for Reservation Confirmation
    If we have the required capacity available, we will confirm availability and send you all the reservation details, including the contract.

  4. Sign the Contract
    You will sign the contract and pay a deposit. The deposit is calculated as the sum of the rent amount plus 2000 CZK.

  5. Move In
    On the agreed date, you will move in and start enjoying your stay at Kampus.

We process reservations for the next academic year starting from mid-May. We primarily contact only successful candidates.

  • Printing services – 50 CZK credit annually free

  • Maintaining accommodation pricing throughout summer holidays

  • Electrical safety check of 2 personal electrical appliances free annually

  • Certificate of verified accommodation confirmation with 50% discount

VIP

Everything from Premium plus:

  • Kitchen and common area disinfection 1x weekly

  • Waste removal 4x weekly

  • Price fixing (valid only for first lease extension)

We currently have the following vacancies available:

  • Double room in a 2+2 apartment for women. Move-in possible from October 15, 2025, or by arrangement.

If there are no rooms listed or the available rooms do not suit you, you can add yourself to our waiting list using our booking form, and we will contact you as soon as a capacity that meets your requirements becomes available.

We start processing reservations for the next academic year from mid-May. We will primarily contact successful candidates.
